About the facilitator |

Eric, a native Englishman, spent over 30 years with the Hong Kong Police and was the police spokesperson for five years. During his tenure with the Police, he had overall management of the police public relations branch, which had over 90 staff. He was responsible for developing and implementing image–building and public confidence strategies. For over 10 years, he was also the team leader of the hostage–taking negotiation cadre. On retirement, he relocated to England and now visits Hong Kong on assignments. He had taught participants from CLP Power, Companhia De Telecomunicacoes de Macau SARL, InterContinental Hotel, Hong Kong Adventist Hospital, Hong Kong Police Force, Hongkong Land, HSBC, Jardine Matheson, Levi Strauss, LVMH Fashion Group, Maersk, Marks & Spencer, Mead Johnson, Nokia, Radio Television Hong Kong, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Swarovski, Swire Coca–Cola, The Dairy Farm, The Hong Kong Cancer Fund, The Hong Kong Government, Thomson Reuters and many other organisations.
