About the facilitator

Eric, a native Englishman, spent over 30 years with the Hong Kong Police and was the police spokesperson for five years. During his tenure with the Police, he had overall management of the police public relations branch, which had over 90 staff. He was responsible for developing and implementing image–building and public confidence strategies. For over 10 years, he was also the team leader of the hostage–taking negotiation cadre. On retirement, he relocated to England and now visits Hong Kong on assignments.
