Introduction

In a dynamic business environment, a project manager does not manage only one single project – but also a lot of projects at different stages at the same time.  How you can make it successful – it requires a structured approach with clear objectives strong executive sponsorship, robust planning and skilled team members who are able to apply effective project management skills including technical and soft skills to meet and/or exceed stakeholder expectations.

About the Facilitator

Lily started her career in the procurement field after graduation with further studies in Information Technology, Public Sector Management and Construction Law and Arbitration. She has served as a procurement professional in a number of esteemed public and private companies including Hong Kong Jockey Club, MTR Corporation, Cathay Pacific Airways, Standard Chartered Bank, CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd and Airport Authority.  She has a wide spectrum of experience on procurement, project and contract management for various categories ranging from catering, marketing services, consultancy service, facility management, information technology and construction. Lily was the Chairperson of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (Hong Kong Branch) in 2024/25 and the Committee Member for Career Development for many years.
