    • Set the consequences before you set control and expectations
    • Work on your time management techniques before you set priories for others
    • Balancing between work and fun to maintain relationship and morale
  3. Remote Management in Action <Individual role-play using Zoom/whatsapp>
    • Giving instructions/feedback/delegate a task and handling difficult situations
    • Leading a team meeting and handling difficult situations
    • Feedback with ideas and recommendations that you can use at the workplace

About the Facilitator

Audrey Loh has more than 15 years of managerial experience in sales, marketing and customer service with multi-national companies in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to her current role, she is a marketing director at Motorola where she manages many teams and often has to use her communication and interpersonal skills.
