Introduction


Among the many responsibilities of a manager, the role as a TRAINER is becoming more and more significant. Often, you have to train new recruits, your colleagues or even your customers.

This programme is designed to equip managers, supervisors and trainers with the knowledge, theory and practical approaches to training. Participants will also learn to handle questions, objections and undesirable behaviour in and outside the classroom. There will be many practice sessions for participants to understand the process of adult learning and how they can maximise and utilise their team members' potentials. Seasoned trainers can also participate to refresh old skills learned and share the experiences of others.

About the facilitator


Audrey is the Master Trainer for Motorola University's “Train-The-Trainer” program.  She qualifies as a professional trainer with more than 10 years of experience in training, sales, marketing, accounting and customer service with multi-national companies in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to her present role, she was a marketing director in Motorola.

Audrey has led many training workshops in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand. Besides Motorola University, she is also a certified instructor for American Management Association, Dun & Bradstreet, PA Consulting and Wilson Learning.
