This one-day basic workshop on negotiation focuses on the eight keys to closing a deal positively. You will learn to avoid the basic negotiating errors, improve your preparation, think clearly about the choices you must make as the negotiation progresses and close the deal positively and efficiently. There will be a lot of opportunities to practise the skills learned.

About the facilitator |

Audrey Loh is a professional facilitator with over 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and customer service with multi-national companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan. Prior to her present role, she was a marketing director in Motorola. Apart from her consultancy work, Audrey also facilitates management, marketing, customer service, presentation, negotiation, communication and sales skills training. She is a certified instructor for Dun & Bradstreet, PA Consulting, Motorola University, American Management Association, HKTDC Business School for SMEs and Wilson Learning. Audrey has facilitated training workshops for adidas, Alcatel, Brigantine Services, Auxiliary Medical Service, Citibank, CLP Power, Dairy Farm, GlaxoSmithKline, Langham Hotel, HK Trade Development Council, Hong Kong Government, Infineon Technologies, Land Registry, Open University, Thomson Reuters, Sime Darby, Swire Coca Cola, Taikoo Asian Motors, Unilever and many other organisations. Audrey is fluent in English, Putonghua, Japanese, Cantonese and many other Chinese dialects.
