Introduction

This hands-on workshop equips you with practical problem solving skills to recognise, define, analyse and solve problems in the workplace. You will get systematic tools to recognise opportunities and plan changes. You also learn to minimise risks by carrying out small-scale study and then reviewing the results to implement changes based on what you have learned. You will learn how to creatively brainstorm solutions, face obstacles from a whole new perspective and discover how to effectively use a step-by-step process to achieve greater results. You will learn the CAPD model for problem solving and the PDCA model for innovation and breakthroughs.
