Introduction

Through different practises, it helps you to convince others more effectively and efficiently by assessing your audience and influencing them from different levels. It polishes the way you talk and your expressions as well as your listening, persuasion and people skills. You will improve on your strengths and correct weaknesses in communication, thereby achieving success for your company, team and yourself.

About the facilitator

Audrey Loh qualified as a sales and marketing professional with more than 10-year experience in sales, marketing, customer service and management with multi-national companies in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to her present role, she was a Marketing Director in Motorola. Currently, she specialises in conducting management development programs in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Her presentation, negotiation, customer service and communication skills training programs have received excellent results and comments from participants.
