Public Workshops: Cantonese with English Workbook
In-house Workshops: 社內培訓可選用英語、粵語或普通話授課
Introduction |
This highly popular workshop offers a system approach to evaluate the competency of an applicant within 15 minutes. The system approach to interviewing is tied to the Gallup study of 80,000 great managers from 400 companies and the Whole Brain concept, which gives you a strong understanding into why this method works so well. You will learn strong questioning techniques to unearth the applicants' talents, inert preferences, ability and capability to do the job they are being employed for. You will learn to evaluate the answers given by the applicants and tell whether he/she is telling the truth.

About the facilitator |
Jean has over twenty years of interviewing experience; starting from her days in PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was assisting in the recruitment of auditors. In her various operational roles with CompuServe, Duty Free Shoppers, Hutchison and Motorola, she has interviewed all levels of staff – from managers, professionals to office assistants. As most of these staff are reporting to her, she has the chance to observe ‘true’ performance versus what was claimed in the interviews. She is thus able to share with you practical tips on what the applicants will do to get the job and what you can do to unearth their true potential. She has facilitated many interviewing workshops for participants from A S Watson, BP Zhuhai Chemical, Carlsberg Brewery, Citibank, CLP Power, Companhia De Telecommunicacoes de Macau, Crown Worldwide, Customs and Excise Department, Dah Chong Hong, First State Investment, GAM Hong Kong, GE Capital, Hong Kong Petrochemical, Hongkong Post, HSBC Insurance, HSBC Securities, Li & Fung, IBM, Invesco, Lands Department, Liz Claiborne, L'Oreal, LVMH Asia Pacific, Nestle, Swarovski, Swire Coca-Cola, The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation, The Land Registry, The Marketing Store Worldwide, Unilever, University of Hong Kong Libraries, Vocational Training Council, Warner Brothers, The Walt Disney Company, Yantian International Container Terminals and many other organisations.
