About the facilitator

Jean Ng has more than 20 years of successful careers with large multi-national companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Motorola, CompuServe, Sime Darby and Hutchison. For 13 years, she created a successful image that led to yearly promotions from an audit assistant in PricewaterhouseCoopers to a director in Motorola where she was general managing a strategic business unit. Jean’s professional career was in audit, management accounting, business development, sales, marketing and customer service.  She had previously conducted business etiquette  courses for 250 Open University adult students, over 240 secretaries from the Hong Kong government (in 4 seminars) and over 500 bankers from Bank of China (in 18 workshops/seminars). She has also taught many participants from Airport Authority, BAT, Bank of East Asia, Citibank, First Pacific Company, Fubon Bank, HK Trade Development Council, HK Government Department of Health, HSBC, Hutchison Whampoa, HK Institute of Vocational Education, HK Science & Technology Parks Corp, Hongkong Int'l Terminals, John Swire & Sons, Kerry Logistics, Maersk, Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, Ricoh, The Marketing Store Worldwide, Security Systems, Standard Chartered Bank, Wing Hang Bank and many other organisations.
