This practical workshop helps you to manage disputes and disagreements positively and proactively, rather than reacting to conflict on a purely emotional level. You will learn new strategies of conflict management that will improve your communication performance, and ultimately increase the success of your business initiatives. About the facilitator

Dr. Fong is a registered Consultant Psychologist with the prestigious American Psychological Association. He has over 10 years of experience in Organizational Psychology and Development. He is currently a Senior Clinical Associate with the Raffles Hospital Medical Group. Highly experienced as a Leadership Development Consultant and Personal Coach, he has worked with many leaders in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Japan.
