Introduction |
|
 |
This insightful workshop begins your journey of self-discovery to be a strong, emotionally intelligent leader. You will enhance your personal and social competence to handle emotions better amid the stress and strenuous demands of the workplace. Through reflective exercises, you will understand how you were put together and the triggers that guide your responses to the everyday things, events and people around you. By understanding the ‘I’ in you, you learn to manage your response to relationships and conflicts better. You will thus be able to build cohesive, emotionally intelligent teams that yield significantly better business results. You will learn to apply emotional intelligence to conflict situations to gain the authority, collaboration and success you deserve as a leader.
