About the facilitator |

Mr Soon has over 26 years of experience in quality, sales, marketing, business development and general management. He is now the managing director of a company that supplies digital imaging tools to the healthcare industry. While at Thomson-CSF Services Industrie, he was the quality manager responsible for successfully getting the ISO 9002 certification and the Civil Aviation Authority's certification as an approved testing house. He conducted quality audits on suppliers for the approved vendor list. He was also the lead in resolving quality issues with customers. Because of the successes attained, he was promoted to commercial manager and then, managing director. He has taught participants from Singapore Police Force, Airport Authority, Chevron, CLP Power, Coface, DHL Exel, Drainage Services Department, EC Harris, Hong Kong Police Force, International SOS, Invesco, Nokia, Office of the Govt Chief Information Officer, Ricoh, Sprint, Standard Chartered Bank, Vocational Training Council, Water Supplies Department and many others |
