About the facilitator

Heni has a strong public relations and marketing background with over 10 years working experience in the service industry. She was an Assistant Public Relations Manager for Grand Stanford Harbour View Hotel. She was also the Assistant Manager Event Marketing for Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd where she was responsible for press releases and worldwide corporate sponsorship programmes. She is now working as an International Assignment Specialist at a large international relocation company where she handles expatriate relocations into the Asia Pacific region. She has trained participants from Citibank, Civil Engineering and Development Department, Civil Service Bureau, CLP Power, Electrical & Mechanical Services Department, HK Exchanges & Clearing, Hong Kong Housing Society, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Hongkong Post, HSBC Global Asset Management, Lands Department, Langham Hotels, Nokia, Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, Office of the Telecommunications Authority, Standard Chartered Bank, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tung Wah Group of Hospital and other organisations.
