Introduction

This workshop helps secretaries and administrators plan and organise corporate events more effectively. Participants will be taught to plan from the audience and manager's perspective. They will have a good understanding of what is involved when organising seminars, talks, presentations, cocktail parties, dinners, openings, press conferences and all types of company functions. Come and share experiences and learn from other professional event organisers.

About the facilitator

Audrey Loh is very experienced in organising small to large scale events for all occasions. Prior to joining WorldBridge, Audrey was the marketing director at Motorola where she manages marketing events and public relation activities. As a manager, Audrey will be able to help participants understand event planning from the management's perspective down to the audience expectations. She has taught participants from A.S. Watson, AIA, AT&T, Cigna Insurance, Citic Ka Wah Bank, Eaton Hotel, Edward Keller, Hewlett Packard, HK International Terminal, The HK Polytechnic University, HK Trade Development Council, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, KPMG, Land Registry, Lufthansa Cargo, McDonald's, Nortel Networks, Open University, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Schroder Investment Management, Swarovski, Swire Beverages and many others in event organising.
